Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Bachelor/Honors)
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from reputed universities.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
1. Real Estate.
2. Developer.
3. Corporate Sales/Real Estate Sales.
4. Plot and Apartment sale.
5. Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Real Estate.
Additional Requirements
• Proven experience in real estate sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Must have experience in the real estate industry, those without experience in the real estate industry need not apply.
Responsibilities & Context
• Searching prospects and generating leads.
• Contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, by email, and in person.
• Hitting monthly targets, and building and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects.
• Response customer’s questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Collect and analyze data and prepare sales reports.
• Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
• Build and maintain a CRM database along with professional networks.
• Identify potential markets/ clients along with new sales opportunities.
• Monitor existing competitors’ activities and compete accordingly.
• Periodical Report Generation and Presentation.
